任职要求

1. Passionate about life, proactive, enthusiastic about scientific research, and with long-term academic career plans.

2. Hold a Ph.D. degree, having published 3 or more high-quality academic papers as the first author in international journals in the past 5 years.

3. Demonstrate the ability to independently conduct research in the research group's related directions and possess good team communication skills, able to (assist in) guide master's and doctoral students in the group in relevant work.

4. Priority will be given to those with overseas study experience.

5. Applicants who have applied for provincial or national-level funding projects will be given preference.

03、Research Assistant

1. Participate in specific experimental or numerical research aspects of the project based on the applicant's professional background strengths.

2. Contribute to writing and publishing research papers.

任职要求

1. Experimental Direction: Proficient in using software such as Matlab or LabVIEW for data acquisition and image processing programming, strong hands-on skills, enjoys do-it-yourself (DIY) projects.

2. Numerical Direction: Proficient in using a programming language (such as Fortran, C++), with experience in writing source code, and enjoys programming.

3. Strong analytical skills, with a research-oriented mindset for problem-solving.

4. Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to backgrounds in engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, mechanics, or computer science.
